I experience random noises...?
You only have to activate the plugin to get rid of the problem.
To activate, please use the license you download from your account according to this walkthrough https://unitedplugins.com/plugin-activation or simply drag and drop the downloaded license file to the plugin window and then restart your DAW.
Flickering background and GUI issues
This issue is often related to two display setups. Please right-click the plugin background and choose Disable GPU acceleration. Then restart your DAW and everything should be ok.
My plugin is not in my UnitedPlugins DAW folder
United plugins are a company uniting several small independent brands. And so your plugin is to be found under the brand that created the plugin (for example Instant Audio, JMG or FireSonic).
My United Plugins effects do not appear correctly in my DAW on Mac.
High Sierra and newer OS X systems require rebooting the computer after successful installation. The plugins will be listed in the place you wish right after the restart...
I cannot find any User Manual
You can reach the online documentation by right-clicking in the plugin GUI area. Selecting the "Question mark" button in the menu will get you to the particular plugin's manual in the documentation section on our page. And since you are in the section already you may find the desired document in the menu on your left.
Does my computer meet United Plugins system requirements?
We cannot guarantee flawless operation on computers that do not meet the minimum requirements. Those are:
Required: Windows 8/10/11 (64-bit) Intel/AMD processor with SSE2 support
macOS (from 10.10 Yosemite and newer, 64-bit) Intel/AMD/Apple Silicon CPU
But even when your computer is below the minimum requirements, the plugins may work just fine. Please use the trial period to find out.
Can I use UP effects on Windows 7?
Although Windows 7 is not officially supported, you can install our software on your system. You may experience problems activating the plugin on this OS. Please use Ctrl+Click the Activation button to activate the plugin with your license file.
Troubles with presets?
If hitting a preset dialogue shows no presets your system probably couldn't install them because of the rights management. However, you may download them here and install them in your system manually. Where?

Can I transfer (sell) my license to a 3rd person?
No, sorry our licensing system doesn't allow that. On the other hand, you may use our license on as many computers as you own. Please refer to our Licensing info page to find out more.
I bought in another online store, where do I put the code?
